Same day, Next day policy
We are dedicated to delivering your arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency.
Our standard delivery fee covers the first arrangement within our Nassau delivery range. Each additional item being delivered to the same address is subject to a $5 surcharge. For information and quotes on deliveries to downtown Nassau and the Paradise Island, please call 242-377-1149, ex.124, and we will be happy to provide one for you.
To ensure that only the highest quality flowers are used, we can only take same day orders until 12:00 PM EST. We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 5:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 7:00 PM. We do our best to meet these delivery deadlines but we cannot guarantee specific windows of time.
In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for any reason such as an incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient unavailable to receive delivery etc, a complimentary delivery attempt will be made during the next business day.
Any additional delivery attempts are subject to a re-delivery charge.
